Admission Requirements
Normal Entry Requirements for Degree Courses (in line with NCHE requirements).
Admission to programme shall be done in accordance with Victoria University regulations. You will be eligible for admission to the programme on meeting any of following requirements:
The Uganda Certificate of Education (‘O’ level) or its equivalent with a credit in Art and two Principal passes, one of which must be in Art, obtained at ‘A’ level.
Must have passed Victoria University higher education certificate.
A Diploma in Art and Design from a recognized Institution.
In case one has two principle passes at ‘A’ level but not in art, he/she must have a two-year certificate in Fine art from recognized Institution.
Applicants whose first language is not English will be required to demonstrate a proficiency in the English language by passing an English proficiency Test conducted by the University.
