Admission Requirements

Entrance Requirements

To be eligible for admission into the BVE programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Have a minimum requirement of admission on a degree as required by Victoria University Uganda.

  2. Have at least a credit in Mathematics and English at O-Level.

  3. Have two principal passes at Advanced level obtained at the same sitting.

  4. Have essential subjects such as Economics, Geography, Entrepreneurship, Fine Art, Technical Drawing, Literature, Computer Studies, Electronics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Foods and Nutrition, Biology, Healthy Science, and Agriculture.

  5. Any other subject done and passed at Advanced level is relevant.

  6. General paper and Sub mathematics are desirable subjects.

 

Additional Requirements and Considerations

Applicants whose first language is not English will be required to demonstrate a proficiency in the English language by passing an English proficiency Test conducted by the University.
